| You've learned in previous levels that you need to destroy words to open doors. In this level, you'll have to reverse that logic!

| You'll need to cross that BRIDGE bridge to exit this room, but it's not solid and you'll just fall through. But doesn't it look a lot like those wooden doors you've been opening in previous levels?

| Push the letters at the bottom of the pit to spell BRIDGE, in order to solidify the bridge above you.

 Push all the BRIDGE blocks north to make 'em look like this The easiest way to do this is by pushing each block north so they spell BRIDGE along the north wall. (If you push a block out of position, don't worry - just smash it against a wall, and the block will rebirth on its pad. You saw this happen in Keeping Vault when you destroyed the blocks there.)

| Having closed the BRIDGE bridge and crossed it, you'll find a new puzzle with another incorporeal bridge, this one spelling EDGE. The same principle applies.

| Use the blocks at the bottom to spell EDGE to close the bridge. Right now, the blocks actually spell EGDE, so you'll need to do a little anagramming.

| It's not as simple as building the BRIDGE in the first half of the level, but it's easier than it looks. Remember, you can push a block as much as you want and you can smash it to reset it. (You might end up with the two E blocks stacked up on top of each other, but you can still push the blocks out from the bottom. You'll learn more about block stacking in a future level, but it won't ruin the solution for this level if it happens.)

| It's probably easiest to build the word EDGE in the northwest corner of the room, one letter at a time.

| Spoiler: Hint 10
|
 Building the EDGE bridge, a solution in progress. Push each block north and west to build the word up as shown. Starting with the EGDE blocks on their blockpads, push one of the Es north, and then push the same block west so that it ends up in the northwest corner. Repeat for each block in order - the D, then the G, then the other E - until you spell EDGE. Then you should be able to climb up the stairs, cross the EDGE bridge and exit the level.

| A small passage south of the BRIDGE bridge reveals the present on a ledge with a GREED bridge to be formed.

| The letterd in GREED similar to the letters in BRIDGE and EDGE. The two words cannot be combined.

| An extra R can be found near the exit. R + EDGE = GREED.

| The R is stuck along the west wall so you need to build GREED vertically along the west side.

| While not strictly necessary for this puzzle, it may be useful to figure out how the two E blocks rebirth on the two E blockpads. Future levels can help with this.

| Spoiler: Hint 7 (solution)
|
 The solution in diagram form, step by step Smash all the blocks to reset their locations. (Note the 'E's will rebirth on whichever blockpad is closest -- push the 'E's west then smash them to make sure they're on the left E blockpad). There are many ways to do this but a simple way is:
- Push the G to the NW corner.
- Push the R just south of it to make GR.
- Pre-position the D at the base of the stairs by pushing one of the Es to the east of the R to use as a spacer (move the other E out of the way), then push the D west and south.
- Smash the Es again to reset them and then position them below the R to make GREE.
- Push the D west to make GREED.

| After spelling GREED, stand on the BRIDGE bridge and fling south to land on the GREED bridge, leading to the present. (You can alternatively fling from a point on the stairs below).
