Spoiler: Hint 1 (what to do) 
This level is a block-pushing level with spokes, introduced in the previous level, Windings. (If you skipped using the spokes in Windings, you could head back there and experiment, or you could head to the hints for Windings on this wiki and look at the hints under "introduction to spokes and axles" to get an idea.) The exit is to the south - the word you need to build is OXOX.

Remember that, as you found in Glory Heights, you can push blocks from behind metal railings.
Spoiler: Hint 3 
Since the blocks start off trapped in railings that face inwards, you'll have to build the word somewhere in the central structure of the room. (It's possible to rotate spokes out of the way so that you can push blocks all the way across the room to the other side, but then the blocks will be trapped against opposite walls and you won't be able to bring them together.)
Spoiler: Hint 4 
There are two "rings" of metal railings (an inner plus-shaped ring, and an outer square ring). The spokes are placed so that blocks which collide with them will fall between the rings of railings. This is what you want - you'll be building OXOX between the rings. (Ignore the central plus-shaped area - I don't think it's possible to get all the blocks in there anyway, and even if it is, it's a lot more work than using the space between the rings.)

Of course, you can fling yourself after the blocks and land in between the railings yourself to get hand-on with the blocks.
Spoiler: Hint 6 
There are lots of spikes in and around the railings. Don't be afraid to use them! You may have to die to get to the other side of railings to push blocks to where you want them.
Spoiler: Hint 7 (a big trick to this level that will make solving it a lot simpler) 
You can complete this level without rotating any spokes! Try solving the level this way. It will limit the possibility space massively, letting you reduce this to a simple block-pushing puzzle.
Spoiler: Hint 8 (solving the level) 
This level is very open-ended, and there are many methods that will work. So there won't be a step-by-step hint-through here, although the full solution below provides an exact solution if you need one. I think the simplest way to beat this level is to follow the above hints, ignore the spokes, and treat this as a pure block puzzle. Start by getting all the blocks in between the rings of railings, however you can, and go from there.

Push the blocks into the central structure like so - you end up pushing both Xs from the south

If you push all the blocks inwards without touching the spokes (i.e. push the northern X south, push the eastern O west...), almost all of them will land between the railings in accessible locations. This is a great starting point. That northern X will be the exception, but you can easily smash it onto the southern X blockpad and go from there.

Spoiler: Hint 10 
You'll almost certainly build OXOX in one of the corners of the ring. You've done enough block puzzles by now to be able to react to whatever you have available. The walkthrough builds OXOX in the northwest corner because one of the Os lands near there, but if you've got an X in the southwest, maybe you want to build backwards out of that corner instead.
Spoiler: Hint 11 
Depending on where your blocks have landed, you may have to die a lot to get in and out of the railings. There is no shame in this - you're not being scored on deaths. Do what you have to to get the blocks in order.
Spoiler: Hint 12 (flinging into the central plus-shaped area, should you need to get in there) 
The central plus-shaped area can be a little tricky to get into. Each arm of the plus has those two little dead-end nubs. Aim to hit a spoke and land in one of those nubs. For example, from the spokes' starting positions, if you fling south into the tip of the northeast spoke while it's pointing west, that should get you in there.
Spoiler: Hint 13 (full solution) 
Following on from Hint 9's diagram: it's a tough camera angle, but hopefully you can see how you build OXOX in the top-left.

From the level start, push all four blocks inwards so that they bump into spokes and land between the railings. (The northern X will travel all the way to the south wall - smash it so it respawns on the southern X blockpad and push it north along with the southern X.) Drop down between the two rings of railings (e.g. by flinging the same way as one of the blocks you pushed). Push the northwest O west and north. Push one of the Xs north and west, spelling OX. Push the southeast O east, north and west, spelling OXO (you will have to die after pushing north so that you can get outside the railings to push it west - after doing this, get between the railings again). Push the remaining X north and west, completing OXOX. Die to get out, and head to the exit, flinging south into the closed OXOX gate to get there.

Note some stairs east of the exit. Try solving the level as normal to get to the exit. No presents up here. What else can you see?

There's a slit window on the east wall, near the south end. It's easier to see from up the stairs past the exit but you can also see it from the ground. How could you get there?

The east window is too far up to reach from the ground. So you need to drop down from above.
Spoiler: Hint 6 (solution) 
Rotate the south-eastern spoke to point south, drop down onto it from above, and fling east from the middle of the spoke to find the present

Solve the level as normal. Rotate the SE axle so that the spoke is facing south. (Be careful not to die past this point or axles will reset.) Fling east through the exit, take the stairs up, and drop down on to the SE spoke. Walk north once then fling east, to the present (and Quinzo!).
