Spoiler: Hint 1 
This level tests your understanding of a certain feature of blocks. If you've been playing without speech or subtitles, it's a good idea to switch one or the other on for this level. You'll get an in-game hint from the dialogue in this level.
Spoiler: Hint 2 
The objective here is to reach each of three NO block stacks to open the NO gate, but the obvious paths to them are broken. Try pushing and smashing the X blocks around (with speech or subtitles on!) and see what you notice.
Spoiler: Hint 3 
Plundy the bird seems to get excited when an X block respawns on certain blockpads.
Spoiler: Hint 4 
The blockpads that Plundy likes are the smallish one near the southwest corner, and the two easternmost blockpads. What's significant about those blockpads?

The blockpads that Plundy likes are all right next to the higher paths.

Plundy gets VERY excited when you stack all four X blocks on one of these blockpads.

Have you noticed yet what happens when you fling into a block? (No level has forced you to notice this yet, but you might have spotted it when you were dealing with lots of blocks all over the place, or if you were hunting for presents in certain previous levels.)

A block acts as an obstacle to flings. If you fling into a block, it will stop you like a wall, even if there is nothing behind the block.

Following on from Hint 8: if blocks can act as walls for flinging, and you can stack up blocks next to the high paths in this level, how does that help you cross the gaps?
Spoiler: Hint 10 (solution) 
The solution to Plundy Paths. Stack the blocks and fling into them from the raised path as shown.

Push and smash the X blocks until all four of them are stacked in a tower on the smallish blockpad in the southwest corner. Get up on the high paths and fling west so that the tower of blocks stops you on the path leading up to the northwest NO stack. Destroy that stack. Repeat the trick with the two easternmost X blockpads, stacking the four X blocks on each in turn - the very easternmost one will let you fling east to the NO stack on the eastern platform, and the blockpad just northwest of that will let you fling east across the little gap in the high path to the northeast NO stack. This will drop the NO gate and let you exit the level.

The present can be seen high up, in the SW corner of the level.
Spoiler: Hint 2 
Note a path to the south of the present. Where else can you access it from?
Spoiler: Hint 3 
Notice a window in wall in the SE corner of the level.
Spoiler: Hint 4 (solution) 
Solve the level as normal. It can speed things up a bit if you solve the NE corner last. Make sure to smash the O blocks so they rebirth in the NE corner. Use the Xs to fling to the raised platform in the NE. From there, fling east to the stack of 3 Os, and then fling south through the window. Follow the hidden path around to the present.
