Normal solution

Hints are given below when you expand the boxes.

Spoiler: Hint 1 (what to do)
This level is another Groldy showcase. Your goal is to close and cross the bridges on the bottom floor of the level.
Spoiler: Hint 2
The words for the bridges - CANT ALWAYS ACCEPT - are already almost complete. It would be nice if you could just slot the As in place without having to push the other blocks.
Spoiler: Hint 3
There are a lot of blank blockpads in this level, some of which have Groldies circling them. What's special about the blank blockpads?
Spoiler: Hint 4
Try having the Groldy on the top floor throw a few As at you, and see where they end up.
Spoiler: Hint 5
Every blank blockpad corresponds to a hole in the floor above.
Spoiler: Hint 6
There are blank blockpads in the starting arrangement of C_NT _LW_YS _CCEPT. If you could drop the As down the corresponding holes in the floor above...
Spoiler: Hint 7
You will have a hard time dropping the As into place yourself. Luckily, you're not alone in this level.
Spoiler: Hint 8
In this level, you will have the Groldies throw the A blocks at you so that the As fall down holes into the correct places in the words on the bottom floor.
Spoiler: Hint 9 (working with the Groldies)
Groldies try to throw blocks at you if you step in front of them, so you'll need to find ways to get past them without provoking them. (Actually, it doesn't matter if you get hit by a block here - it was the spikes that killed you in the previous levels, not the block! - but you'll beat the level quicker if you avoid block attacks anyway.)
Spoiler: Hint 10
One way to dodge the Groldies is flinging. If you fling across their line of sight, they won't throw a block at you, because they don't have time to react.
Spoiler: Hint 11
Another helpful hint is hidden in the architecture of the level itself. Have a look at the floor.
Spoiler: Hint 12
Have you noticed that the paths which thrown blocks will travel are marked in green floor tiles instead of blue? For the colourblind, all green tiles are also marked with diagonal lines through each tile's centre. This will help you keep track of what tiles a Groldy can see, although not every tile a Groldy can see is in green. (For example, the southern Groldy on the middle floor can see south through the metal railing, so will try to attack you if you step there, but the green tiles only go up to the railing because any thrown blocks can't travel through the railing.)
Spoiler: Hint 13 (how to do it)
We should work backwards from the level's end state to form a plan. We want the A blocks to end up on the four empty blockpads in C_NT _LW_YS _CCEPT. Trace these to the floor above and figure out where the blocks need to be to get there.
Spoiler: Hint 14
The target blockpads form a little diamond on the bottom floor, and there's a corresponding diamond of holes on the middle floor surrounding the central pillar. So you want the Groldies on the middle floor to throw A blocks down these holes.
Spoiler: Hint 15
You want one A block down each hole. Each hole is only visible by one Groldy. Therefore, each Groldy on the middle floor needs to have exactly one A block.
Spoiler: Hint 16
The Groldy with the A blocks on the top floor can serve all four Groldies. Therefore, to set up each middle Groldy with one A block, the top Groldy needs to throw one A block in each compass direction.
Spoiler: Hint 17
The first step to solving this level is to walk around the top floor until the Groldy has thrown one block east, one north, one west and one south. Now go to the middle floor and figure out how to get those Groldies to throw their new A blocks inwards.
Spoiler: Hint 18
Use the view-square here to get a good look at the middle floor. The green lines almost form a rectangle to close off the middle of this floor, but you need to get into the middle to lure the Groldies into throwing their blocks to the centre.
Spoiler: Hint 19
There are a bunch of ways into the middle. There are a couple of openings you can just walk through (like the little gap between two small black pillars northeast of the view-square); or you can just fling to the middle pillar.
Spoiler: Hint 20
Once there, you just have to provoke the Groldies into throwing the blocks at you so that they collide with the middle pillar and fall down the holes. Just circle the pillar!
Spoiler: Hint 21 (full solution)
Walk around the level along this route, or something like this. You want the top Groldy to chuck one block in each direction, and then you want each of the four lower Groldies to chuck their block inwards.

On the top floor, walk around the outside to make the Groldy throw one block in each direction. Go down one floor. Walk north through the gap between two small black pillars northeast of the view-square. Walk around the central pillar until each Groldy has thrown its block toward the centre and down a hole. The A blocks will fall in place to close the bridges on the bottom floor. Walk across these and find the exit in the northwest corner.

Present solution

Spoiler: Hint 1 (present location)
The present is on a tall pillar on the bottom floor.
Spoiler: Hint 2
There's a hole in the floor above right next to the present but it doesn't help you. Where can you get to the present from?
Spoiler: Hint 3
Follow the path of flinging from the present to a tower in the SE corner of the lower floor. There's a blank blockpad just south of it.
Spoiler: Hint 4
Maybe if you stacked enough blocks there you could reach the pillar if you dropped through the hole above?
Spoiler: Hint 5
It's hard to judge height but the pillar is 6 blocks tall.
Spoiler: Hint 6
4 A blocks are not enough.
Spoiler: Hint 7 (solution)
Push blocks to get one nestled under the southeast column, then tease the Groldies so that all four A blocks get chucked east then south, then get onto the As, onto the pillar and fling to victory

Go down to the bottom floor. Push blocks south, then east so that they line up in the same row as the P in the disabled ACCEPT bridge, using the small 1x3 pillar in the south as a backstop. Push at least 7 blocks this way so that there is one block on the blank blockpad just south of the tall pillar in the SE. Go back up to the top and get the Groldy to push all four blocks east. Go to the middle floor and get the Groldy to push all four blocks south. Jump in the hole after them. The pillar is 6 blocks tall so you get on top of it now (4 A blocks + 1 random block below + 1 step up). Fling west, north to the present.
