Normal solution

Hints are given below when you expand the boxes.

Spoiler: Hint 1 (starting the level) 
This level is about having more fun with Groldies. You need to make your way east down the corridor to the northeast of the level. You can't run directly east along a row which a Groldy is watching, so you'll have to make use of the little side corridors and trenches to make progress.
Spoiler: Hint 2 
You can only run directly north or south if a Groldy can see you. But to go east from the starting area, you need to get to that little passageway to the north, and you have to step east or west a little bit to enter it...

Have a careful look at the Groldies. There's a flaw in their arrangement.
Spoiler: Hint 4 
The Groldies are numbered 1-6... but there's no Groldy Number 3. That leaves one row of the corridor which you can walk along without being hit by blocks! (It's in the same east-west row as the two black pillars in the larger corridor. Unfortunately, those pillars stop you just walking east along the corridor here.) Use this row to adjust your position so you can enter the northern corridor.
Spoiler: Hint 5 (the trenches) 
Following that northern passage will spit you out in the middle of the hall, with a couple of trenches to the south. How do the trenches help you?
Spoiler: Hint 6 
The trenches are below the Groldies' lines of sight. Fall into one, and you can walk along it without being attacked by a Groldy.
Spoiler: Hint 7 
Unfortunately, the trenches don't directly lead to the exit, which is down the large hallway leading north. But there's another corridor to the south that would let you run north across the line of fire to that hallway.
Spoiler: Hint 8 
You'll have to head west back towards the Groldies a little bit to enter that southern passage. Staying in the row with the pillars will let you get most of the way there, but you'll have to step around one of the pillars eventually and walk west against Groldy attacks.
Spoiler: Hint 9 
The smaller of the two trenches will help you.
Spoiler: Hint 10 
If you fall into the little trench you can head west a little and climb out between the two pillars. Now you can enter and follow the southern passage, and make a break for the exit!
Spoiler: Hint 11 (exiting the level) 
After following the southern passage east, you'll have to walk up the northern hallway to the exit - don't fling, because there are spikes to the north. Be careful when you reach the spikes...
Spoiler: Hint 12 
...because there's an ambush here! Six Beards block your way to the exit. How can you get them out of the way?
Spoiler: Hint 13 
The Beards are not very smart. Neither are the Groldies.
Spoiler: Hint 14 
The Groldies throw a block the turn after you enter their line of sight, no matter what.
Spoiler: Hint 15 
So if you were to wake up a Groldy with a Beard directly behind you, step south to lure the Beard into the line of fire, and then the Groldy threw the block...
Spoiler: Hint 16 
Run into the line of fire with Beards in the row north of you to take them out

You need to use the Groldies to take care of the Beards! Have the Beards chase you south as close behind you as possible, then step back and forth into the Groldies' lines of sight. You'll dodge the blocks they throw, but the Beards will walk right into them! Clear out the Beards (there are six in all - you may have to make multiple trips north to lure them all out) and then exit the level when you've cleared the way.

Spoiler: Hint 17 (full solution) 
This shows the route you'll need to take to reach the exit chamber, with the safe row shaded in white (but watch out for the Beards near the end!)

Walk north to the east-west row that contains the two black pillars (called the pillar row from now on). Step east or west until you can head north into a narrow corridor, then follow that corridor east. Head south to the pillar row, and fling west to a pillar. Head south to fall into a trench, and use the stairs to climb out of the trench. Step west, then enter the narrow corridor to the south. Follow it, and walk north to some spikes. Lure the Beards out here and have them chase you south so that when a Groldy throws a block at you, it hits the Beards directly behind you (see Hint 16 for a screenshot showing this). Head to the exit when it's safe to do so.

Present solution

Spoiler: Hint 1 (present location) 
Once you get to the exit, you can see the present tucked into an alcove to the east. You need to cross an OUT bridge to fling to it.
Spoiler: Hint 2 
While not necessary, it can be helpful to touch the Egg near the exit to set your birth point there.
Spoiler: Hint 3 
If there are any Beards still hanging around, you can keep them passive by getting reborn from the egg near the exit and then drop down, avoiding the grass.
Spoiler: Hint 4 
The Groldies are guarding those OUT blocks you need. How can you get those?
Spoiler: Hint 5 
You need to spell OUT on the south side of the pit. Play around with Groldy tossing you blocks.
Spoiler: Hint 6 
Most of the time, if a block lands on spikes, it's just reborn again. How can you prevent this?
Spoiler: Hint 7 
Sacrifice Emm to save the blocks

Use Emm as a blocker for the blocks. Stand in the column of a Groldy and move north or south. A block will be fired at you, killing Emm but leaving the block intact on the south side.

Spoiler: Hint 8 
Do this for all the blocks (dying 3 times). Push OUT together west.
Spoiler: Hint 9 
There's one more catch: you can't fling into Groldies but you need to get to the north side of the pit. How can you cross?
Spoiler: Hint 10 
Fling over the Beards using the word you just assembled

Kill yourself to go back up to the top. If you pushed OUT to the west, fling through the gap in the fence to land on the O. If you pushed OUT to the east, you can drop down through the gap in the fence to land on the T. You can fling north over the pillars/Groldies from standing on the letters. Cross the OUT bridge and fling east to the present.
