Normal solution
Hints are given below when you expand the boxes.
Note
This level takes place in a tower, and is split across four floors. In this guide, the bottom floor of the tower (where the player starts) will be called Floor 1, and we'll count upwards through Floors 2, 3, and finally 4 (the top floor where the blockpads are).
Map
The following spoiler shows a map of the level, for those who are having trouble seeing how the different floors connect.

Hints
Spoiler: Hint 1 (what to do)
This level teaches you a new trick regarding blocks and railings.
Spoiler: Hint 2
Emm thinks the railings stop you pushing blocks. Is she right?
Spoiler: Hint 3
Emm is wrong! You can, in fact, push (and smash) blocks through railings! However, the blocks can never pass through railings. That is, in this level the blocks are confined to the blue area within the railings, and the player is forced to stay outside the railings.
Spoiler: Hint 4
There is only one place you can possibly build the word GLORY to close the bridge to the exit.
Spoiler: Hint 5
You must push the blocks down the holes to the bottom floor in the right order, so that the single tile surrounded by railings on Floor 1 holds a stack of blocks reading GLORY from top to bottom.
Spoiler: Hint 6 (the easy blocks)
The best thing you can do to start this level is just push blocks down the tower and see what happens. This will help you understand how the tower is laid out, and what pit leads to where. You will find that it's not as bad as it looks!
Spoiler: Hint 7
Three of the blocks are easy to get into position. You will find that there is only one possible way to push them down into the final stack.
Spoiler: Hint 8
The L, O and R all drop onto the same linear path on Floor 3, and are easily resolved. Do not worry about them yet; concentrate on how you're going to get the G and Y into position.
Spoiler: Hint 9 (the difficult blocks)
Having trouble with the G and Y? These hints will work through what to do with them from the start. Firstly, the G starts on Floor 4 in an unreachable position (you can smash it, but you can't reach its north or south side to push it). What can you do to bring it into play?
Spoiler: Hint 10
Remember what happens when one moving block collides with another?
Spoiler: Hint 11
Push the Y into the G to free it up to push it down the tower
You need to push the Y east, then north into the G to dislodge it. Then the G can be pushed west down to Floor 3, and the Y can be smashed to reset it and pushed east, north and west to follow it. You now have a stack reading YG on Floor 3. Why is this a problem? What do you need to do with the blocks?
Spoiler: Hint 12
If you want to spell GLORY in a vertical stack, you need to push the Y down to Floor 1 first so that it can form the bottom block of the stack. So you need to get the G out from under the Y. But you can't smash it, otherwise it'll respawn upstairs and you'll need to reset the Y as well to get the G off its blockpad again.
Spoiler: Hint 13
You must find a place to stash the G on Floor 3 or Floor 2 so that you can push the Y and other blocks into position first. You have to keep the G alive and out of the way so that it can be dropped onto the stack at the end of the level.
Spoiler: Hint 14
The Y and G have two possible pits you can push them into from Floor 3 to Floor 2. Trace the routes that they will take, and decide which block should drop where. Remember that because the G is below the Y right now, you have to push the G to Floor 2 before the Y.
Spoiler: Hint 15
If you push the Y or G north from Floor 3, they'll drop into a little side-shoot which joins onto the path the L, O and R will take. If you push them east instead, they'll drop into a long dead-end which takes its own path to the Floor 1 stack. Think very carefully about how this can help or hinder you.
Spoiler: Hint 16
It's tempting to push both the G and the Y east into the easy dead-end. But because you have to push the G first, it will still be in the way of the Y if both blocks go that way, and you'll have to smash and reset it. Therefore, at least one of the G and Y must be pushed north to the little side-shoot in Floor 2.
Spoiler: Hint 17
What will be the next thing you do to whichever block you drop into that little side-shoot on Floor 2? You can push it east into the main path, and then...?
Spoiler: Hint 18
Whichever block you push into the side-shoot on Floor 2, it will be stranded in the main north-south path to the pit to Floor 1 unless you can dislodge it somehow...
Spoiler: Hint 19
Whichever block you push into the side-shoot in Floor 2, you will need to send it north into the pit to Floor 1 by pushing another block north into it. That main path is the path the L, O and R will take, so you'll be pushing the G or Y into position using the L, O or R. So which block should go there - the G or the Y, or both?
Spoiler: Hint 20
It can't be the G that goes there! The G must be the last block to fall on the stack, but if you send the G that way, you necessarily end up with at least one more block to push in, so the G won't be the last! Therefore...
Spoiler: Hint 21
From here, push the G east and the Y north
Use another block to push the Y down to the bottom here
From the position outlined in Hint 11, you must push the G east to the long dead-end on Floor 2 to get it out of the way of the other blocks, then push the Y down the northern pit and nudge it into position from Floor 2 with the L, O or R. All that's left is to stack the blocks in the right order!
Spoiler: Hint 22 (full solution)
Push the G, and then the Y down from Floor 4 to Floor 3 (as described in Hint 11). On Floor 3, push the G east down the pit, and the Y north down the other pit. On Floor 2, push the Y east. On Floor 4, bring the R down to Floor 2 (hopefully self-explanatory, as there is only one path it can take down the tower). On Floor 2, push the R north so that it collides with the Y and sends the Y down to Floor 1. Smash the stranded R block. Push the respawned R block down from Floor 4 to Floor 1, followed by the O, followed by the L. Finally, on Floor 2, push the G north and west so that it lands on the Floor 1 stack, completes the word GLORY and closes the bridge.

Present solution
Spoiler: Hint 1 (present location)
The present can be seen on the north end of the level from the ground.
Spoiler: Hint 2
It looks like you could reach the present from the north tower, across GLO and RY bridges, but there's also an OR barrier.
Spoiler: Hint 3
Try solving the level as normal to get to the exit.
Spoiler: Hint 4
Note the four X's near the exit. Where are they reborn?
Spoiler: Hint 5
You will have to redo part of the normal solution again. If you are careful, you don't have to redo all of it.
Spoiler: Hint 6 (solution)
Once you smash the Xs by the exit, fling from this balcony on Floor 2 to skip the GLORY bridge
Make the GLORY bridge as normal (see above). Near the exit, smash all four 'X's. They will make a backstop so you can fling from the south tower to the exit tower, so you no longer need the GLORY bridge. Smash the RY letters only and re-push them down the maze so that you spell RYGLO. Go to the second floor and fling north (X stopping you from flying too far), then walk across the GLO and RY bridges to the present (OR no longer formed).
