Spoiler: Hint 1 (what to do)
This level is about careful use of altars. The railings enforce a particular way of pushing the blocks, and you have one altar for each letter represented by the blocks. What can you do with this setup?
Spoiler: Hint 2
You can't push blocks past the railings, and you can't get around them to push them north, so they must go south.
Spoiler: Hint 3
This level is about playing Tetris with blocks! You're expected to push blocks south into the upright glass panel, then reset blocks with the altars to arrange them. Luckily, if you're just trying to beat the level, it's not as complex as it looks.
Spoiler: Hint 4
You only have to make one bridge if you're just trying to leave the level.
Spoiler: Hint 5
Making the word LOVE will be good enough. Since you have to push the blocks south into the panel, that panel is the place where you'll build LOVE.
Spoiler: Hint 6 (how to do it)
If you want to make LOVE (stop giggling), you'll need to figure out how it will look in the glass panel. You can see half of LOVE in the starting arrangement of blocks already, so start from there.
Spoiler: Hint 7
You have one letter of LOVE in each column, so the word will end up reading west-east.
Spoiler: Hint 8
The V and E are at the back of their respective columns, so if you just pushed those two eastern columns into the panel, you'd get VE at the top of the stacks. It would be easiest to leave those alone and get L and O to the top of their stacks.
Spoiler: Hint 9
If you just pushed the western columns south, you'd have L and O in the middle of those stacks. You'll need to get those out of the stacks and back to the top if this method is going to work.
Spoiler: Hint 10
You haven't forgotten what the altars do, right?
Spoiler: Hint 11
If you pushed the western columns into the panel, then fed the L and O to the altars, you'd reset the L and O, and you can push those back up top! But watch out for the trap...
Spoiler: Hint 12
There's another O under the V. If you already put the V into position, then fed the O to the altar, that O would also reset and the V would fall out of position, and you'll have a stressful time resetting all the blocks again. So you need to get the O of LOVE into position before you get the V into position!
Spoiler: Hint 13 (full solution)
This is another level that's tricky to diagram, but hopefully you can see what's happening here: fill the first two columns, reset the L and O, then push everything else down
Push everything in the western two columns of blocks (the SA and the EOYN) south into the panel. Feed the L and O to the altars to reset them. Go back to the columns and push all remaining blocks south to form LOVE along the top of the stacks of blocks in the glass panel and close the bridge to the exit.

Present solution
Spoiler: Hint 1 (what to do)
The present isn't visible at first but there's a bunch of bridges you probably need to cross: BUT HE HAS NO LOVE FOR YOU.
Spoiler: Hint 2
You can't shortcut by making LOVE FOR YOU only. There's a YOU barrier that forces you to make the whole phrase.
Spoiler: Hint 3
I found it useful to write out all the letters that you have/need. What restrictions are there on where you can make words?
Spoiler: Hint 4
Figure out how you can spell all the words needed. For example, the BUT letters are only found in one column.
Spoiler: Hint 5 (how to arrange the blocks)
HAS must be in the 1st (west) column, FOR must be in the 3rd column, BUT must be in the 4th column, LOVE must be horizontal. Therefore, the lay out must either be:
H?FB LOVE
A?OU H?FB
S?RT or A?OU
LOVE S?RT
Spoiler: Hint 6
This arrangement is what you're aiming for
That leaves YOU, HE and NO to make. The NO needs to spelled using the O in LOVE, so LOVE can't be in the top row. The rest of the letters fall into place naturally:
HEFB
AYOU
SNRT
LOVE
Spoiler: Hint 7
Now to build the grid as seen in hint 6. Note how many there are of each letter.
Spoiler: Hint 8
Most of the letters are unique, except you have two O blocks and two E blocks. They can cause some hiccups.
Spoiler: Hint 9
Try spelling one column at a time. Note the V blockpad is above an O.
Spoiler: Hint 10 (solution)
There are too many little steps to illustrate the present solution fully, but this demonstration of the third column shows you the process for all columns: push all the blocks down, then use the altars until the correct block is at the bottom, then push the rest in again, then use the altars until the next block up is correct... It takes a bit of work, but just focus on building the correct column from the bottom.
Make the third column first. Push all four letters into the pit south (VOFR). Reclaim the OFR letters using the altars, leaving V on the bottom. Push the letters in again (OFRV). Reclaim the F so O will drop down into place. Push F down making FORV.
Spoiler: Hint 11 (solution)
Make the second column next. Push all four letters into the pit south (EOYN). Reclaim the YN letters using the altars, leaving O on the bottom. Push the letters in again (YNEO). Reclaim the E so YN will drop down into place, making YNO. The E can be pushed in any time (but see next step).
Spoiler: Hint 12 (solution)
Now that the O and E are dealt with, the remaining letters can all be pushed in relatively easily. Repeat the process: push all letters in the pits. Working bottom up, destroy any letters that aren't correct and repeat until they all fall into place. (See Hint 6 for a reminder of what the correct letters are.) Follow the path of bridges to the present.
