Normal solution
Hints are given below when you expand the boxes.
Note
This level takes place over multiple floors. Many of the floors have some numbered blocks located in the corner. In this guide, we'll number the floors with those blocks. So you start on the top floor, and then the next floor down with the 1 blocks is Floor 1, followed by Floors 2, 3 and 4, and ending with the bottom floor where the exit and all the spikes are.
(I know this is different to how the floors were numbered in previous levels, numbering them from the top instead of the bottom. But look, it's better than trying to tell you that the fourth floor is the one with the 1 blocks on it.)
Spoiler: Hint 1 (what to do)
Smash one block and push another to separate them on each floor as you require
This level uses bridges as floors in a tower! Your goal is to find a way to safely walk, fling or drop to the exit on the bottom floor. Open up the floors (by smashing one numbered block and pushing the other away to separate the two - you can use the altar up top to reset the floors if you need to), explore the tower and look for features that will stop you falling out of the tower or onto the spikes.
Spoiler: Hint 2
You should see two incomplete bridges - a WED bridge above the bottom floor which will let you fling to the exit, and a WELD bridge that will let you walk there and get a present for your troubles. The WED bridge is easier, of course, so we'll ignore the present and make WED. Where should WED be spelled?
Spoiler: Hint 3
You'll find the W on Floor 1, the E on 2 and the D on 4. Clearly, the W and E have to fall towards the D. So you need to spell WED on Floor 4 or the bottom floor.
Spoiler: Hint 4
You need to open up Floor 4 to land on the WED bridge to fling south from it. That will mean exposing the spike trap on the bottom floor. So you need to build WED somewhere on Floor 4 where, once you open it, the blocks won't fall on the spikes.
Spoiler: Hint 5
On the bottom floor, there is a little sunken area without spikes in the southwest corner. You can fall onto it from the area with the 4 blocks on Floor 4 once you open the floor. This is what you want to aim for.
Spoiler: Hint 6
On each floor, push each letter of WED into the southwest corner of the big central bridge (not the southwest alcove). As you go down the floors, you want to build up WED in the southwest reading west-to-east. Then, once you open Floor 4, the WED blocks will fall past the spikes into the sunken area, leaving the WED bridge intact for you to use! (There are other ways to solve this level, but this method is the simplest and features the least amount of dying.)
Spoiler: Hint 7 (Floor 1)
Use the altar up top to close the 11, 22 and 44 bridges if they are open, and fall down to Floor 1. Your first objective is to get this W block from the northeast alcove to the southwest corner of the bridge (that is, not all the way into the southwest alcove where the stairs are - just into the corner of the 11 bridge).
Spoiler: Hint 8
Bringing the W south from where it starts will get it stuck in the southeast alcove, so you need to bring it west first. The grass next to the 1 blocks will stop it in the northwest corner of the bridge. Now you need to get to the other side of the W.
Spoiler: Hint 9
Why are those steps in the southwest alcove there, anyway?
Spoiler: Hint 10
Climb the steps and fling north over the W. Then you can push the W south. It should be on the southwest corner of the 11 bridge. Don't touch it anymore - that's where it needs to be. You can now separate the 1 blocks, let the W fall through the open 11 bridge, and continue down to Floor 2. (These steps are shown in the full solution diagram for Hint 25.)
Spoiler: Hint 11 (Floor 2)
Remember, we want to spell WED going west-east. With that in mind, the E should be straightforward. (If the 22 bridge is already open, by the way, you're in trouble. You'll have to reset the blocks (or the level), use the altar to close the 11, 22 and 44 bridges, and try again from the top. Sorry!)
Spoiler: Hint 12
No trick here. Just push the E north and west to put it next to the W and spell WE. (The W won't be knocked west, because there's a grass square stopping it.) Then open the 22 bridge and fall down onto the 44 bridge.
Spoiler: Hint 13 (Floor 4)
Confused about Floor 3? We can safely ignore it in this guide because we're just going for the level exit, not the present. All we need to do is go to Floor 4 and get the D east of the E to complete WED now. What route will it have to take?
Spoiler: Hint 14
The D will have to go clockwise around the edge of the bridge - that is, you'll push it south, east, south and west. That means the D will end up in the northeast and southeast corners of the 44 bridge. So you'll have to find ways into those alcoves where you can get behind the D and push it the right way, as you had to do with the W.
Spoiler: Hint 15
Those are some funny-looking steps in the southeast alcove. There's something else interesting about that alcove, too.
Spoiler: Hint 16
There are holes in the walls of the southeast alcove that lead outside of the tower. Why are those useful?
Spoiler: Hint 17
Try standing on the steps in the very corner of the southeast alcove and holding the fling button.
Spoiler: Hint 18
From the steps in the very corner of the southeast alcove, you can fling north, travelling outside of the tower into the northeast alcove! So if you push the D south and west from the blockpad, you can use this fling to get north of the D and push it south.
Spoiler: Hint 19
After doing the above hint, you should be able to fling back the way you came and push the D west to spell WED. Now you just need to open the 44 bridge so you can reach the WED bridge and the exit. The 4 blocks are stuck behind the WED blocks right now, but that's not an issue.
Spoiler: Hint 20
Go back to the southeast alcove. You flung north from here a moment ago. Did you spot the other route you can take?
Spoiler: Hint 21
If you follow the steps in the southeast alcove up to the west carefully, you'll be standing in the wall of the tower above some spikes. You can fling west from here and enter the alcove with the 4 blocks. You can now separate the 4 blocks and drop the WED blocks safety past the spikes into the little sunken area in the southwest corner.
Spoiler: Hint 22 (exiting the level)
All floors open? WED bridge intact? All you need to do now is get to the WED bridge and fling to the exit. Where can you get to the WED bridge?
Spoiler: Hint 23
Unfortunately, there's no way to the WED bridge except for from the very top of the level. This will probably mean dying and birthing up top.
Spoiler: Hint 24
Once you're on the top floor, you can simply stand north of the central pit (directly south of the altar) and drop down all the way to the WED bridge. Then you can just fling south and walk to the exit.
Spoiler: Hint 25 (full solution)
The full route in one easy diagram
Fall onto the 11 bridge. Push the W south and west, use the stairs to fling to the north of the W, and push the W south. Smash the 1 in the corner and push the other 1 east to open the 11 bridge (the W should fall through).
Fall onto the 22 bridge and push the E north and west (spelling WE). Open the 22 bridge as you did the 11 bridge.
Fall onto the 44 bridge. Push the D south and east. Climb the stairs in the corner of the southeast alcove and fling north into the northeast alcove (your fling will take you outside the tower). Push the D south. Fling back the way you came into the southeast alcove and push the D west (spelling WED). Fling across the outside of the tower into the southwest alcove and break the 44 bridge as before. Fall onto spikes or out of the tower to respawn on the top floor. Stand south of the altar and drop through the gap in the railings down the tower onto the WED bridge. Fling south and walk to the exit.

Present solution
Spoiler: Hint 1 (present location)
The present is near the bottom of the tower, across a WELD bridge. The View square at the top of the tower shows its location if you squint.
Spoiler: Hint 2
If you try to spell WELD following the same moves as the normal WED solution, you'll find the L blocked behind the WE blocks on the 33 floor. You'll need to do something else.
Spoiler: Hint 3
You will need to position the L somewhere else first and then return to the WE blocks.
Spoiler: Hint 4
The NE corner of the 33 floor looks like a place you could stash the L but it's inaccessible to get to.
Spoiler: Hint 5 (final step)
You can't make WED and WELD at the same time. How will you get to the present? Look around.
Spoiler: Hint 6 (solution)
If you get the L ready as the top row of this diagram shows before you start making WED, then the L can be inserted easily before the D as the bottom row shows
Go to the 33 floor. Push the L east, north so it's in the NW corner of the room. Drop down to the 44 floor (leave the L where it falls) and die on spikes to rebirth at the top. Rebirth the 1,2,3 blocks at the altar and solve the WE blocks as normal. Drop down to the 44, go up the stairs in the NE corner so you can fling west over the L (to get on the back side of it), then push it east, south, west, making WEL. Repeat with D making WELD. Die and rebirth at the top and then jump off the jut in the SW of the very top floor to land near the present.
