Normal solution
Map
The below hint shows a map of the crawlspaces in this level, for those who are having trouble feeling their way around.
Spoiler: Map
In this map, all the crawlspaces are highlighted in pink, apart from the entrance crawlspace with the egg, which the cartographer forgot to map. All the important crawlspaces are here, though. Arrows show stairs back up to the surface.

Hints
Hints are given below when you expand the boxes.
Spoiler: Hint 1 (starting the level)
Try to locate the exit first, and then figure out what needs to happen to get there.
Spoiler: Hint 2
The exit is in the tower in the centre of the level behind the NO door (you can hear the exit drumroll when you're close). But all the NO blocks are on platforms above you. Look for a way to reach them.
Spoiler: Hint 3
You leave the starting chamber through a small tunnel (one of the titular crawlspaces). You need to look for another crawlspace to start solving the level.
Spoiler: Hint 4
Try the northwest corner of the level first.
Spoiler: Hint 5
Have you noticed the purple shaft of light in the northwest corner? Have you noticed the stairs in the northwest platform which are lit up in purple?
Spoiler: Hint 6
Walk into the shaft of light and head east to enter the crawlspace under the platform. You'll need to feel your way through.
Spoiler: Hint 7
The crawlspaces are less complicated than they first seem. There's an wall around the perimeter and the staircase up blocks movement from some directions, but no other obstacles. From the entrance, head as far as you can in each of the: east, north, east then south directions.
Spoiler: Hint 8 (opening the gate)
Now that you're on the upper levels of the level, you just need to dismantle all the NO stacks. (Pushing or smashing the O is good enough for clearing the level. If you smash both the N and O, they may be reborn on blockpads next to each other and reform a NO word!)
Spoiler: Hint 9
You can get from the northwest platform to the southwest platform by flinging south through the gaps in the railings. Once you dismantle the NO stack here, look carefully for a way to the eastern side of the level.
Spoiler: Hint 10
The holes in the southwest platform drop you into a new crawlspace. How does this help you get to the southeast platform?
Spoiler: Hint 11
Have you noticed the hole in the side of the southeast platform? (Not to be confused with the hole in the tower between the two platforms, by the way...)
Spoiler: Hint 12
You'll need to fling from one crawlspace to another! Drop into the southwest crawlspace, head south as far as possible (this crawlspace is an open space rather than a maze, so you shouldn't have a problem), and fling east to cross the gap.
Spoiler: Hint 13
After you dismantle the southeast NO stack, the last stack is to the north, accessed with another fling.
Spoiler: Hint 14 (full solution)
Leave the starting egg room through the trench to the south. Head west, go around the raised platform, enter the tunnel from which the purple light is emitting, and navigate to the stairs set in the platform. Climb the stairs to the upper level and push or smash the O block here. In the railings to your south, there are two gaps. Fling south through the western gap. Push or smash the O block here. Drop into one of the two holes, head to the southern tip of this crawlspace, and fling east so that you cross the pit to the southeast platform. Navigate to the stairs here, climb them and smash the O block. In the railings to the north, there is a gap; fling north through it and smash the final O block here. Drop down into the main area of the level and enter the central tower through the now-open NO gate to exit.

Present solution
Spoiler: Hint 1 (present location / set up)
Finding the present can be tricky. It's only visible from the ground in one specific location.
Spoiler: Hint 2
You can try solving the level as normal to find a staircase in the central tower.
Spoiler: Hint 3
Take the staircase near the exit up. The present can be found in high above across an OWE bridge.
Spoiler: Hint 4
Did you stumble across anywhere to form an OWE word earlier in your travels? Or are there any paths of travel you haven't used yet?
Spoiler: Hint 5
Try exploring the SW crawlspace.
Spoiler: Hint 6
From the SW crawlspace, drop down the SW hole and then move two squares south, then fling east into the central tower. You should be in line with the window near the base of it. You can see there's WE blocks set up for a O left of them to form OWE.
Spoiler: Hint 7
Oblique hint - note that the O blockpad in the central tower isn't just a hint at what letter should go there. Where can you rebirth an O from?
Spoiler: Hint 8 (what to do)
Your goal is to push an O block east from the SW crawlspace, into the west window near the base of the central tower.
Spoiler: Hint 9
You need to get an O into the SW crawlspace. There's a fence in the middle of the SW platform that can help.
Spoiler: Hint 10
You need enough "spacer" blocks to allow you to use the fences on the SW island as backstops. Luckily, there are lots of blocks to work with here.
Spoiler: Hint 11
Try to get as many letters as you can to the NW island, and from there to the south. Work backwards from the SE side of the screen.
Spoiler: Hint 12 (most of solution)
Your spacer blocks will look like this when you're on the right track. The orange arrow shows the path the spacers will take to get into position, and the path that the O block will take when you use the spacers to get it into position.
I'll describe this solution from starting the level fresh, you may have already moved some blocks around at this point. (Follow steps 4-13 in the normal solution for help moving Emm around). Generally try to get blocks to the SW island.
- SE island: smash the NO blocks so they are reborn on the nearby blockpads in SE. Push them both north to NE island.
- NE island: smash the two sets of NO blocks (one set you just pushed there) so they are reborn on nearby blockpads. Loop back around (you'll need to start from the NW again) and push all four blocks west.
- SW island: smash the NO blocks so they are reborn on the nearby south blockpads. Push them north and then smash again so they are reborn on the nearby (caged off) north blockpad. Push them north so they join the rest of the group on the NW island.
- If you mess up positioning a block later, you can repeat this again to get the blocks back under your control.
- Push any 3 blocks south through the west gap in the south side of the NW island (clear as mud, right?), so that the they stack up, with the north-most one in line with the pit. Push two more blocks the same way, but south then east in turn so they stack up against the fence in the middle of the island. Push the final O south to the SE island then west so it lands in the pit.
- You have 8 blocks in total; 5 needed for spacers on the SW island; 1 for spacer on NW island; and 1 'O' block is needed for the final word, 1 extra probably trapped in the NO cage on the north side of the SW island. Rebirth blocks as necessary. The five spacers you need are shown on this map below.
#N#...
#O....
....□.

.*......N

- Once you have the O in the pit, enter through the other pit, and push the O block through the east window.
Spoiler: Hint 13
Okay, you pushed an O east out the crawlspace window, but it's too low. How can you get it up to form OWE?
Spoiler: Hint 14
Smash the O by walking all the way east, (you can't see what you are doing, but the O is there, you just pushed it there), rebirthing the O on its nearest blockpad forming OWE. Make sure you don't have any accidental 'NO's left and head for the level exit in the central tower, take the stairs up and walk across the OWE bridge to the present.
